Senior Overseer of Victory Family Centre

Under Pastor Jeremy’s leadership, VFC has sent out over 150 missionaries in the last 5 years and overseen multiple church plants in Japan. As the leader of VFC’s network of churches in 90 nations, he continues to challenge and equip them to pioneer new churches.

Sandy Lam
Executive Missions Director

Sandy has been involved in various church planting for more than 35 years. She oversaw the church planting movement in Timor-Leste, is the advisor to Church Planting in Uganda, Papua New Guinea and Japan. She oversees the sending out of Church Planting Teams and works with pastors globally.

Shane Comiskey
Regional Missions Director – South Pacific

In the last 30 years Shane has worked with VFC Singapore. He has planted churches and pastored in New Zealand, Tonga, Uganda, UK and Timor Leste. For 14 years he oversaw VFC’s church planting missions. He is currently overseeing their churches in the South Pacific.
